Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong computer navigational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening/comprehension skills
  • Professional and courteous

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Must work from a private residence
  • Ability to use phone and computer systems constantly
  • Ability to maintain documentation accurately
  • Must reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia or West Virginia
