Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong computer navigational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional listening/comprehension skills

- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Must work from a private residence
- Ability to use phone and computer systems constantly
- Ability to maintain documentation accurately
- Must reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia or West Virginia

Job Duties
- Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
