The CDL-A Driver Mentor position at C.R. They are tasked with driving no-touch freight, primarily refrigerated goods with some dry freight, ensuring shipments arrive safely and on schedule. Drivers in this role are paid for all miles the truck runs, benefiting from a pay structure that rewards effort and performance.

This over-the-road position offers home 3-4 days every 3-4 weeks, providing a healthy balance between work and personal life. Drivers average $1,746 weekly, with the top 10% earning up to $2,234 per week, supplemented by mentor and network bonuses, cash incentives, and safety bonuses. C.R.
