Job Requirements
- A valid CDL-A and 6+ months of current experience are required
- This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees
- Must be 25 years or older
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen

Job Duties
- Mentor and train new drivers in safe and efficient driving practices
- Drive no-touch refrigerated and dry freight lanes
- Maintain clear and effective communication with trainees and fleet management
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments while adhering to safety regulations
- Utilize top-of-the-line Freightliner trucks that are three years old or newer
- Participate in safety and network bonus programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company integrity
