Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one plus year of relevant experience in cabin service or a related field
  • ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • ability to work in confined and elevated spaces
  • valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain necessary security clearances
  • physical ability to carry heavy items
  • availability to work extended shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • One plus year of relevant experience
  • able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
  • eligible to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
  • possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • able to work extended hours to meet business needs
  • able to work in cramped or high places
  • able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs

Job Duties

  • Assigns activities of cabin service agents and ensures completion of tasks
  • cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories
  • helps prepare the cabin for customer boarding and departure, including cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories
  • checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications with high attention to detail
  • assist ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete
  • performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights
  • marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures
  • ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights
  • read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags
  • performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position
