Job Requirements
- High school diploma/ged
- 1-2 years of relevant customer service or dispatcher experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, bilingual skills a plus
- Experience with call center or dispatch operations preferred
- Knowledge of DOT hours of service regulations preferred
- Capability to work in outdoor seasonal weather conditions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to create and send detailed operational reports
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/ged
- 1-2 years in a customer service or dispatcher position
- Call center or dispatch experience preferred
- Knowledge of dot hours of service preferred
- Bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- Organize and record logs of bus departures from bus que
- Secure all lost and found items reported, and update returned lost and found
- Serve as the Lead under the supervisor leadership to maintain operations in the absence of management
- Report any incidents and/or accidents
- Document and update payroll sheets of all bus operator's arrival/departure
- Send maintenance reports on GSE equipment with service issues or out of service equipment
- Maintain time management of bus operations (lunch, fueling, training, and maintenance transport) to ensure on-time performance
- Communicate by hand radio or in person with operators and/or supervisors
- Able to work in outside seasonal conditions
- Ability to create and send reports
