Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently throughout work shifts
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Ability to safely interact with customers and dealership personnel

Job Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong technology and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and personnel
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance

Job Duties

  • Coordinate delivery with customer
  • Ensure vehicle is detailed, full of fuel, has all requested accessories installed, and is ready for delivery
  • Demonstrate interior and exterior vehicle features customized to customer needs
  • Communicate benefits of owning the vehicle and dealership services
  • Explain warranties and all relevant documents
  • Complete necessary customer registration as per manufacturer guidelines
  • Introduce customer to Service department personnel and areas
  • Present keys and relevant documents to customer
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above company standards
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Participate in required training programs
  • Accurately record all hours worked in company timekeeping system
  • Follow safeguards rules and regulations
  • Demonstrate company’s core values
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Observe all safety rules and regulations during duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned
