Job Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- high school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
- must possess liquor commission card
- able to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
- must be organized and detail oriented
- ability to multitask
- knowledge of drink recipes and beverage service standards
- basic arithmetic skills
- ability to remain standing or stationary for extended periods
- ability to exert physical effort up to 40 pounds
- good communication skills
- maintain positive guest relations

Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge all arriving and departing guests
- use guest names at all times when known
- maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas at all times
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests
- receive and process all payment methods courteously and efficiently
- settle guest checks in the computer system and maintain financial transaction accountability
- perform all other duties as may be required or assigned
