Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum of 2 years experience in the food industry preferred
  • minimum of 2 years management experience preferred

  • basic computer skills including word and excel
  • basic math and bookkeeping skills

Job Duties

  • assist general manager with day-to-day operations
  • manage store staff and schedule shifts
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • oversee inventory management and ordering
  • train and develop team members
  • maintain high standards of customer service
  • handle administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and reporting
