Job Requirements

  • reliable transportation
  • food handlers license preferred
  • must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • availability for 35-50 hours per week
  • excellent communication skills
  • organizational skills
  • team building skills
  • basic computer skills
  • basic math and bookkeeping skills
  • ability to deliver and create outstanding product
  • physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • safe driving record with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
  • vehicle with approved insurance
  • able to provide motor vehicle report

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum 2 years experience in the food industry preferred
  • minimum 2 years management experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in basic computer programs such as Word and Excel
  • sound knowledge of food safety regulations
  • valid driver's license with a safe driving record

Job Duties

  • assist the General Manager with day-to-day store operations
  • manage scheduling and team communication
  • support team building activities
  • ensure food safety and quality standards
  • oversee inventory and deliveries
  • handle customer service and resolve issues
  • perform administrative tasks including basic bookkeeping
