Its offerings span a wide array of travel needs including cruises, solo cruises, custom luxury vacations, as well as student and group tours. This collective brings together the rich legacy of its predecessor agencies, formerly known as CruCon Cruise Outlet, SinglesCruise, Travel Leaders Vacation Center, and Student Tours. This rich heritage has allowed The Vacation Group to cultivate an award-winning team of experienced travel advisors and customer service professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding value and personalized travel experiences for clients across the globe.

Drawing on strong partnerships with top-tier travel suppliers like Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Oceania Cruises, The Vacation Group is recognized for its excellence in service and innovation within the travel industry. As a Travel Advisor, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service that fosters client loyalty and encourages referrals. Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding annual sales targets, building strong client relationships, consulting on insurance, hotel, and ancillary travel options, and addressing client concerns professionally. You will act as a liaison with suppliers to ensure any issues are swiftly resolved and will function adeptly within the company’s sales, booking, and documentation procedures.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range with eligibility for incentives, commissions, or discretionary bonuses based on performance and company goals. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance options, dental and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, paid parental leave, and a 401k plan with company match. Additional perks include discounted employee travel, access to LinkedIn Learning resources, and discounted pet, auto, home, and renter’s insurance.
