Job Requirements

  • At least one year of front-of-house restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and event-based shifts
  • ability to lift and balance large food trays up to 35 pounds
  • capability for constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • ability to maneuver between tables and around corners

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience or training as a runner or busser with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent time management and priority setting skills
  • effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • familiarity with dining room sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Check-in with management for daily assignments and attend pre-shift briefing
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room
  • remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests depart
  • reset tables once guests leave according to floor plan or instructions from management
  • assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen
  • provide support as a busser, server, or runner as needed
  • respond quickly to changing needs within the dining room or guest services environment
