Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of receptionist experience at a law firm
  • Experience in personal injury law or client intake preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Tech-savvy mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Available to work full-time, onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Qualifications

  • This fully on-site, long-term position is ideal for candidates with prior legal receptionist experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of receptionist experience at a law firm
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • tech-savvy mindset required
  • Experience with Smart Advocate is a significant plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding intake and documentation
  • Request documents and assemble binders for new client files
  • Send engagement letters and draft basic correspondence
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders
  • Schedule conference rooms and assist with copying/scanning projects
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and the COO
  • Team includes 4 attorneys, 3 litigation paralegals, 2 pre-litigation paralegals, and a COO
  • Full-time, 100% onsite role
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
