Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant general manager experience in fast casual, full service, or QSR concepts
  • Hands-on experience managing FOH/BOH operations, including cooking experience and comfort working in the kitchen
  • A contagious passion for extraordinary guest service
  • An outgoing and positive personality with a knack for community engagement
  • Operational expertise and a drive to achieve company and store objectives
  • A proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams

Job Duties

  • Lead from the front: work alongside your team in both the front and back of the house, fostering a culture of teamwork and hospitality
  • Create raving fans: inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest service that builds loyalty and generates positive buzz
  • Own the operations: manage all aspects of the restaurant, from P&L and quality control to safety and cleanliness, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Develop your team: coach, mentor, and develop your team members, empowering them to grow and succeed
  • Engage the community: connect with the local community through marketing initiatives and build strong relationships
