Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years experience as a restaurant general manager in fast casual full service or quick service restaurant concepts
  • Hands-on experience managing front of house and back of house operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of restaurant general manager experience in fast casual full service or quick service restaurant concepts
  • Hands-on experience managing front of house and back of house operations including cooking experience and comfort working in the kitchen
  • A contagious passion for extraordinary guest service
  • An outgoing and positive personality with a knack for community engagement
  • Operational expertise with a drive to achieve company and store objectives
  • Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Ability to pass a background screening

Job Duties

  • Lead from the front working alongside your team in both front and back of house fostering a culture of teamwork and hospitality
  • Create raving fans by inspiring your team to deliver exceptional guest service that builds loyalty and generates positive buzz
  • Own the operations managing all aspects of the restaurant including profit and loss quality control safety and cleanliness ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Develop your team by coaching mentoring and empowering team members to grow and succeed
  • Engage the community by connecting through marketing initiatives and building strong relationships
