- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a fast casual, QSR, or full-service restaurant
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work in all areas of the restaurant
- A passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- A desire to grow into a General Manager role
- Ability to pass a background screening

Job Duties
- Lead by example – support daily operations in both the front and back of house
