Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in a fast casual, QSR, or full-service restaurant
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to work in all areas of the restaurant
  • A passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • A desire to grow into a General Manager role
  • Ability to pass a background screening
