  • Ability to work hands-on in all areas of the restaurant

  • Strong communication and team-building skills

  • Lead daily operations in both front and back of house
  • Motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences

  • Partner with General Manager to achieve restaurant success
  • Support comprehensive training programs
