Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 2 years of experience in accounting, leaves, HR, payroll, auditing, data analysis or related area
- Bachelor's degree or two additional years of relevant training or experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to focus on details with accuracy and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Initiative and judgment often with limited supervision
- Ability to analyze current processes and promote change
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel including formulas and graphs, MS Outlook, and MS SharePoint
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an additional two years of relevant training or experience in lieu of degree
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, leaves, HR, payroll, auditing, data analysis or related field
- Excellent detail orientation with accuracy and analytical skills
- Strong oral, written communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent time management under pressure
- Initiative and judgment with limited supervision
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Preferred expertise in labor contract pay applications
Job Duties
- Work independently to research and resolve complex leave and payroll issues
- Apply knowledge to administer leaves and pay per collective bargaining agreements and policies
- Communicate with division leadership, labor, payroll, and unions on pay and leave issues
- Identify and recommend process improvements within the team and across departments
- Collaborate in cross-team meetings as a leave and payroll processes expert
- Define and document internal leave processes and workflows
- Provide excellent customer service to internal customers using collective bargaining agreement knowledge
- Compile and publish team metrics and develop reports
- Conduct quality assurance audits and maintain compliance documentation
- Lead training for new Leave and Disability Administrators
