Job Description
This role is offered by a reputable property management company specializing in residential leasing and community living. The company is committed to creating inviting, safe, and well-maintained living environments that residents can proudly call home. Known for its dedication to excellent customer service and high standards in property upkeep, the company provides a welcoming and professional atmosphere for both prospective and current residents. Their properties are managed with attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect from marketing to maintenance runs smoothly and efficiently.
The position is a unique and dynamic hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant and Housekeeper equally. This dual function ensures that the property not only looks its best but also that residents and potential tenants receive warm, attentive service during their interactions. The ideal candidate for this role will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for customer service, and the ability to balance office duties with hands-on housekeeping tasks. This makes the role perfect for individuals who enjoy varied work environments and want to contribute directly to enhancing residents' living experiences.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of the property, responsible for managing the leasing process, including advertising available units, conducting property tours, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining accurate lease documentation. You will handle resident inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and develop marketing strategies to attract potential residents. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities is key to adapting leasing strategies that maximize occupancy. Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents by addressing complaints and fostering a friendly community atmosphere will also be an important part of your duties.
As a Housekeeper, your role extends to maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the property. This includes cleaning and servicing individual units according to professional standards—making beds, changing linens and towels, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities. Public spaces such as community rooms and amenities must be kept spotless, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for all residents. Collaboration with maintenance teams is essential to address property upkeep and safety concerns, and all tasks must be performed with attention to health and safety protocols.
This full-time hybrid role requires balancing administrative tasks with physical housekeeping work. It offers a competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends and holidays, and physical capabilities to perform various cleaning duties and inspections. This position is ideal for someone who values variety in their daily tasks and enjoys contributing meaningfully to both the operational and resident-facing aspects of property management.
