The Leasing Consultant role at Beztak is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and property management. The Leasing Consultant acts as the frontline representative for Beztak’s apartment communities, responsible for engaging with prospective and current residents in a professional and welcoming manner. This role involves managing lease agreements, coordinating property viewings, marketing rental listings, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Working closely with potential tenants, the consultant plays a critical role in presenting the features and benefits of Beztak’s properties, helping clients find their ideal homes while maintaining the company’s high standards of service.

In addition to direct interaction with customers, the Leasing Consultant coordinates lease application processes, executes new lease agreements, and handles move-in procedures. The role demands excellent organizational skills to manage databases and paperwork efficiently while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. As part of a team, the consultant must navigate high-pressure situations, interact with diverse clients, and resolve conflicts effectively. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year experience in similar role or related field
  • ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle for work-related purposes
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle conflicts effectively

Job Duties

  • Manage all leases from potential and existing clients
  • coordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database
  • market all rental listings
  • coordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements
  • execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes
  • prepare all lease-related paperwork
  • manage regulatory and compliance related services
  • respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections
  • operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties
  • work in a high-pressure environment, interact with difficult customers/vendors, handle urgent matters, resolve conflicts, have effective interpersonal skills
