Avenue5 Residential is a leading property management company known for its commitment to delivering exceptional living experiences and fostering meaningful relationships with residents, clients, and employees. Established as a fast-growing company in the multifamily housing sector, Avenue5 Residential prioritizes people above all else, ensuring that both residents and team members receive the highest level of care and support. Recognized nationally for its workplace culture, the company has been certified as a Great Place to Work since 2017 and consistently ranks among the best workplaces in real estate. This reputation is backed by numerous accolades including a top 15 national finalist position in the Best Places to Work Multifamily and a ranking of second on the 100 fastest-growing private companies in Washington by The Puget Sound Business Journal.

The Leasing Consultant position at Avenue5 Residential offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about property management and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. This role involves coordinating a wide range of activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, which are critical components to maintaining high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction. The Leasing Consultant acts as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring their needs are met with empathy, respect, and professionalism. Responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying potential renters, executing lease agreements, processing necessary documentation, and maintaining thorough and accurate records of leasing activities.

In addition to direct leasing duties, the Leasing Consultant ensures the community's model apartments are always in pristine touring condition and plays a crucial role in orienting residents to the property. This position requires strong organizational skills to manage both customer interactions and detailed clerical work such as answering phones, filing, and assisting with property invoices. The Leasing Consultant also collaborates with maintenance teams to ensure apartment readiness and facilities safety, contributing to an overall exceptional living environment. Avenue5 Residential emphasizes a holistic approach to employee wellness, offering competitive pay ranging from $22 to $24 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, mental health coverage, life insurance, 401K matching, generous paid time off, professional development opportunities, and more.

Avenue5 Residential’s core values include putting people and partnerships first, empowering associates, focusing on solutions, championing ideas that accelerate success, and delivering proof over promises. This philosophy fosters a supportive and dynamic workplace where employees are encouraged to grow and contribute meaningfully. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by a passion for customer service and property management, the Leasing Consultant role provides an ideal platform to develop your career and make a positive impact within a respected and award-winning company.
