Job Duties

  • Utilize company leasing expectations and procedures to greet prospective clients, qualify needs and preferences, present properties, use feature benefit selling, close sales and follow-up
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle as prospective clients, current clients, internal team members or vendors
  • Complete all lease applications and participate in verification, notifying prospective clients of results
  • Maintain accurate client records in accordance with company policy and update daily reports including notice to vacate, vacancy, and activity reports
  • Maintain and perform upkeep of the tour route to ensure curb appeal
  • Assist residents with day to day tasks as part of the community concierge program
  • Participate in required Cardinal U training
