Towne Properties is currently seeking a part-time Leasing & Events Coordinator to join their team at Bishop's Gate at Somerset in Cincinnati, OH. This role offers flexible weekday hours, including one required weekday shift from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and two Saturdays per month from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The pay range is $17 to $18 per hour, with additional commissions and bonuses. The position is designed for someone who enjoys bringing energy and creativity to their community by planning engaging resident events and supporting leasing efforts to create a welcoming and connected living experience.
As a Leasing & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating resident events within budget, assisting with event setup and breakdown, managing vendors and event logistics, and creating newsletters, social media content, and community updates. You will also respond to inquiries, schedule tours, support leasing activities, show apartments, assist with applications and lease paperwork, maintain accurate records, and enter data into the Yardi system. This role requires a high level of organization, detail orientation, and multitasking ability. Candidates who possess a background in multifamily leasing, property management, hospitality, event planning, or customer-facing administrative roles will find this position particularly fitting.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with Yardi software and social media management preferred. Comfort with event setup and light lifting is necessary. Additionally, a valid driver's license, a reliable insured vehicle, and auto insurance are required.
