A keen understanding of Fair Housing laws, leasing best practices, and excellent customer service skills are essential to ensure compliance and create a positive leasing experience.

This position offers a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on management, including recruitment, training, and coaching of leasing staff to build a strong team that drives results. The ideal candidate will also coordinate seamlessly with maintenance and construction teams to guarantee apartment readiness and uphold community presentation standards. As a Lease-Up Community Manager, fostering a positive atmosphere, resident retention initiatives, and hosting community events will be critical to creating a welcoming environment that supports long-term resident satisfaction.

Advenir Azora Living provides competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 50% match, paid time off, holidays, and additional perks such as apartment discounts and performance-based commissions or bonuses.
