Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, public relations, human services, or business administration/management
- Associates degree with five years experience in administrative/management functions and working with people with disabilities and special needs may be considered
- Three years experience working with developmentally disabled or special needs individuals
- Two years demonstrated excellence in administrative/management functions
- Valid SC drivers license

- Ability to coordinate multiple training activities and maintain detailed records
- Proficiency in preparing training materials and reporting
Job Duties
- Organize and direct mandated pre-service orientation for new employees
- Conduct orientation training sessions and assure appropriate trainers are available
- Schedule and conduct training sessions covering new employee orientation, on-the-job training, consumer service, safety practices, promotional and leadership development
- Maintain trainer certifications in Defensive Driving, Crisis Intervention, Lifting and Transferring, and CPR/First Aid
- Provide Human Resource Director with monthly reports
- Coordinate training logistics including assigning trainers, managing training materials, tracking attendance sheets, and handling training room schedules
- Maintain and audit all training documentation ensuring compliance with state and company requirements
