Embracing innovation and client-focused approaches, Leigh & Co. Events supports a dynamic work environment where talented planners can grow and flourish.

Leigh & Co. Events is currently seeking driven and detail-oriented planners to join their team as Lead Wedding Coordinators in an exciting contract position. This role provides an excellent opportunity for those passionate about weddings to thrive in a flexible working environment, setting their own schedules while taking ownership of their projects. The compensation is set at $350 per project, with an expected commitment of approximately 10 to 12 hours per wedding. Training is provided to ensure all coordinators are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge required to deliver top-tier service.

As a Lead Wedding Coordinator, individuals will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and executing wedding events mainly on location. The role requires working closely with clients and the internal client experience managers to guarantee seamless event execution from start to finish. Key responsibilities include conducting final details calls roughly six weeks prior to the wedding, leading and facilitating the ceremony rehearsal, and acting as the primary advocate for the couple on the wedding day. Candidates will manage vendor arrivals, setup, and breakdown while maintaining a composed and solutions-oriented approach to any challenges that may arise during the event.

This position is ideal for those who enjoy working directly with clients, coordinating complex timelines, and ensuring that all aspects of the wedding day flow smoothly. The Lead Wedding Coordinator will also guide the wedding party and family members, communicate clearly with vendors, and ensure all personal and décor items are properly arranged and accounted for. Weekend availability is essential, as wedding days predominantly fall on Saturdays or Sundays. Leigh & Co. Events is eager to bring new coordinators onboard for the 2026 wedding season and beyond, offering a supportive team atmosphere and the chance to be a part of life’s most memorable moments.
