- Experience coordinating and managing multiple vendors and event details
- Proven ability to lead ceremony rehearsals and facilitate event timelines
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Conduct final details call with clients approximately six weeks before the wedding
- Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
- Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite during the wedding day
- Oversee ceremony and reception setup according to event design and execution plan
- Manage the full wedding day execution including vendor arrivals and final breakdown
- Greet, direct, and communicate setup instructions to vendors
- Assist with arrangement of personal and event details such as escort cards, menus, and décor elements
- Support wedding party and family members with timing cues and day-of needs
- Ensure all end-of-event items are packed and accounted for
- Proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes to ensure smooth execution
