Job Duties

  • Conduct a detailed final call with clients about 6 weeks before the wedding to finalize logistics, timelines, and expectations
  • lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding, ensuring all participants are prepared and confident in the schedule and flow
  • act as the primary advocate for the couple on their special day, providing a calm and solution-oriented presence while helping them navigate any challenges that arise
  • oversee the setup for the ceremony and reception in accordance with the event design and our detailed day-of execution playbook
  • manage the entire day of the wedding from the arrival of vendors until the final breakdown at the end of the night
  • serve as the main contact for all vendors, greeting and directing them to ensure smooth operations
  • clearly communicate setup instructions to vendors for alignment with the event plan
  • assist in the placement and coordination of personal and event details, including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and decorative elements
  • support the wedding party and family members by providing guidance, timing cues, and addressing any day-of needs
  • ensure all items at the end of the event, such as gifts, guest books, and personal decorations, are packed and accounted for properly
  • proactively manage and resolve any last-minute changes or issues to maintain a smooth experience for all guests
