Our commitment to excellence and passion for crafting memorable celebrations make us a leader in the wedding planning industry. We understand that each wedding is unique, which is why we dedicate ourselves to providing meticulous attention to detail, seamless coordination, and stress-free planning for our clients.
As a contract-based company, Leigh & Co. Events offers flexibility and freedom for our team members to set their own schedules while working on meaningful, rewarding projects. We value creativity, professionalism, and a client-first approach in every aspect of our work, ensuring a flawless execution of wedding days from inception to completion.
We are currently seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team as Lead Wedding Planners for the 2026 wedding season and beyond. This exciting opportunity allows planners to take ownership of delivering exceptional wedding experiences, primarily on-site, in collaboration with dedicated client experience managers and assistant coordinators. This role entails managing the entire wedding day operations, from conducting final planning calls to overseeing the ceremony rehearsal and the wedding day setup and breakdown.
The position is compensated at $350 per project, encompassing 10 to 12 hours of dedicated work. Training will be provided to ensure you’re fully equipped to meet our high standards and provide outstanding service to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience by being their primary advocate throughout the wedding day, maintaining calm under pressure, and solving any challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
As a Lead Wedding Planner, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of professionals and contribute to some of the most memorable moments in our clients' lives. Your responsibilities will include communicating vital details, managing vendor relations, assisting the wedding party, and ensuring that every element of each wedding flows smoothly according to the plan. This role combines creativity, organization, and strong interpersonal skills, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and have a passion for event planning.
Join Leigh & Co. Events and help us continue to deliver unparalleled wedding planning services with flexibility, professionalism, and a personal touch. If you have the experience, dedication, and desire to make a difference in the wedding planning industry, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our growing team.
