Our commitment to quality and personalized attention has earned us a stellar reputation within the wedding industry and has made us a trusted partner for couples nationwide. As we continue to expand, we are seeking talented, passionate, and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Lead Wedding Planners for the 2026 wedding season and beyond.
The Lead Wedding Planner position at Leigh & Co. Events is a contract role offering unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to choose your own schedule. This role requires outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills as you serve as the primary advocate for couples, guiding and supporting them through their wedding day journey. You will be the calm, composed presence ensuring every element unfolds as planned and every guest and vendor is informed and coordinated efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs will be invaluable in creating seamless, memorable celebrations that honor the couples’ wishes and exceed their expectations.
