Job Duties

  • Conduct a final details call with clients approximately six weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations
  • lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding
  • act as the primary advocate for the couple onsite, maintaining a calm and solutions-oriented demeanor
  • oversee ceremony and reception setup in alignment with event design and day-of execution protocol
  • manage the complete execution of the wedding day from vendor arrival to final breakdown
  • greet and direct all vendors, serving as their main point of contact
  • communicate setup instructions clearly to vendors to ensure alignment with the event plan
  • coordinate placement of personal and event details such as escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and décor elements
  • provide guidance and support to the wedding party and family members, ensuring readiness for timing cues and day-of needs
  • ensure all end-of-event items are packed and accounted for accurately
  • proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes to ensure a seamless guest experience
