Events manages every aspect of the wedding planning process, ensuring that each event reflects the unique style and vision of the couple. As a company, it embraces innovation and teamwork, encouraging its employees to grow professionally while contributing to the overall success of each wedding they coordinate.

The role of Lead Wedding Coordinator at Leigh & Co. Events is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and dedicated planners who want to be at the forefront of the wedding planning industry. This contract position offers flexibility, allowing coordinators to set their own schedules while delivering exceptional on-site planning services for clients primarily during the wedding day. The company seeks candidates who are enthusiastic about weddings and possess the skills needed to manage the complexities of event coordination from start to finish. Training is provided to ensure all coordinators have the support and knowledge required to succeed.

As a Lead Wedding Coordinator, you will be the primary planner responsible for overseeing every detail of the wedding day, providing clients with excellent service and peace of mind. You will collaborate closely with client experience managers during the planning phase to align on logistics and expectations. Your presence on-site will be crucial in managing vendors, directing the setup of all ceremony and reception elements, and ensuring the wedding day flows smoothly from start to finish. Additionally, you will lead the ceremony rehearsal to ensure all participants are comfortable and clear on their roles. You act as the couple’s primary advocate, handling any issues with a calm and solutions-focused approach, guiding the wedding party and family members, and overseeing the safe packing and accounting of personal and event items after the celebration ends. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage the dynamic environment of weddings effectively.
