Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- engage in a final details call with clients around 6 weeks before the wedding to finalize logistics, timelines, and expectations
- lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal on the day before the wedding
- act as the couple's primary advocate on-site, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused presence
- oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception in accordance with the event design and day-of execution plan
- manage the flow of the wedding day from the arrival of vendors to the final breakdown
- welcome and direct all vendors as the main point of contact
- coordinate and assist with arrangement of personal and event details including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and decor elements
- provide support to the wedding party and family members with guidance, timing cues, and any requests
- ensure all items at the end of the event are packed and accounted for
- proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes
