Our dynamic team of professionals is dedicated to supporting clients through every step of their wedding journey, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and beautifully from start to finish. As a company that values innovation, flexibility, and excellence, we pride ourselves on maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients alike, which has positioned us as a trusted leader in the wedding planning industry nationwide.
As a Lead Wedding Coordinator at Leigh & Co. Events, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating weddings that reflect the dreams and desires of our clients. This exciting contract position offers the flexibility of setting your own schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for passionate wedding planners looking to thrive and grow in their career. With comprehensive training provided, you will be equipped to manage all aspects of wedding day coordination with confidence and professionalism. The compensation of $350 per project reflects the value we place on your expertise and dedication, with an expected commitment of approximately 10-12 hours per event.
In this role, you will serve as the primary on-site advocate for the couple, ensuring that every detail is flawlessly executed and that the wedding day unfolds seamlessly. Working closely with our client experience managers, you will conduct final details calls to finalize logistics, timelines, and expectations, lead rehearsals to prepare the wedding party, and oversee all vendor coordination to ensure consistency with the event design and plan. Your calm and solutions-focused approach will be vital in managing any challenges that arise, supporting not only the couple but also vendors, family members, and guests.
Your responsibilities will include managing the setup and breakdown of all ceremony and reception elements, coordinating personal touches like escort cards and favors, and ensuring that all end-of-event items are accounted for and safely packed. This role demands excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to carry and lift up to 30 pounds.
Joining Leigh & Co. Events means becoming part of a passionate and supportive team that values creativity, professionalism, and a dedication to excellence. If you are excited about contributing to memorable weddings and are eager to bring your organizational skills and energy to our expanding company, we invite you to apply for the Lead Wedding Coordinator position for the upcoming 2026 wedding season and beyond.
