- Ability to manage vendors and client relationships professionally
- Experience in coordinating wedding day logistics and rehearsals
Job Duties
- Conducting a final details call with clients to finalize logistics, timelines, and expectations
- Leading and facilitating the ceremony rehearsal to prepare the wedding party
- Acting as the primary advocate for the couple onsite during the wedding day
- Overseeing the setup for the ceremony and reception following the event design and execution playbook
- Managing full day-of wedding execution including vendor arrivals and final breakdown
- Greeting, directing, and serving as the main point of contact for all vendors
- Coordinating and assisting with arrangement of personal and event details such as escort cards, menus, and favors
