Job Requirements

  • Weekend availability is essential
  • minimum of two years of experience as a wedding planner or event planner
  • strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • reliable transportation is required
  • ability to carry and lift up to 30 lbs

  • proficiency in event coordination

Job Duties

  • Participate in final details call with clients approximately six weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations
  • lead the ceremony rehearsal on the day before the wedding, ensuring all participants are prepared and confident
  • act as the primary advocate for the couple onsite, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused demeanor
  • oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception aligning with event design and day-of execution playbook
  • manage the entire wedding day from vendor arrival to final breakdown
  • welcome and direct all vendors as main point of contact
  • coordinate placement of personal and event details including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and decor elements
  • assist the wedding party and family members with guidance, timing cues, and day-of needs
  • ensure all end-of-event items are packed and accounted for
  • proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes to maintain a seamless guest experience
