Job Requirements
- Weekend availability is essential
- minimum of two years of experience as a wedding planner or event planner
- strong communication skills and attention to detail
- reliable transportation is required
- ability to carry and lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties
- Participate in final details call with clients approximately six weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations
- lead the ceremony rehearsal on the day before the wedding, ensuring all participants are prepared and confident
- act as the primary advocate for the couple onsite, maintaining a calm and solutions-focused demeanor
- oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception aligning with event design and day-of execution playbook
- manage the entire wedding day from vendor arrival to final breakdown
- welcome and direct all vendors as main point of contact
- coordinate placement of personal and event details including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and decor elements
- assist the wedding party and family members with guidance, timing cues, and day-of needs
- ensure all end-of-event items are packed and accounted for
- proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes to maintain a seamless guest experience
