Known for their meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Leigh & Co. Events has established itself as a trusted name in the wedding planning industry. The company focuses on providing personalized service and tailored event management to ensure each couple's vision is flawlessly brought to life. They cater to a diverse client base, handling a range of wedding styles and scales with professionalism and warmth.

As a Lead Wedding Planner at Leigh & Co. Events, you will step into a pivotal role during the exciting 2026 wedding season and beyond. This contract position offers outstanding flexibility, allowing you to set your own schedule while engaging in meaningful work that blends creativity with organizational expertise. With comprehensive training provided, this opportunity is ideal for planners eager to elevate their careers within the wedding industry. Compensation for each project is $350, based on approximately 10 to 12 hours of dedicated work, reflecting a fair balance of effort and reward.

In your role as Lead Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of weddings primarily onsite, ensuring every detail aligns with the couple's vision and desires. Collaboration with client experience managers and assistant coordinators is central to this position, fostering a team-oriented approach that guarantees a seamless event day. From conducting detailed final calls with clients six weeks before their wedding to leading the wedding rehearsal and managing the full scope of wedding day operations, your leadership will be instrumental in delivering flawless experiences.

Your presence as the primary advocate for the couple during their special day will entail maintaining calm professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset, handling any unexpected challenges gracefully. Overseeing vendor arrival, setup, coordination of personal and decor details, and ensuring the end-of-event wrap-up is thorough, you will contribute significantly to memorable and stress-free weddings. This role demands strong communication skills, detailed organization, and the ability to juggle multiple components under pressure, qualities that Leigh & Co. Events values highly in their team members.
