- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience working onsite at events
Job Duties
- Conduct final details call with clients about 6 weeks before the wedding
- Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding
- Act as the primary advocate for the couple on their special day
- Oversee ceremony and reception setup to ensure alignment with event design
- Manage the entire wedding day from vendor arrival to final breakdown
- Greet and direct vendors as main point of contact
- Coordinate and assist with arrangement of personal and event details
- Support wedding party and family members with timing cues and day-of needs
- Ensure proper packing and accounting of end-of-event items
- Proactively manage and resolve last-minute issues
