Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to safely park and retrieve vehicles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle some lifting
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to manage cash and credit card transactions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous valet parking or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle luxury vehicles safely
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- Ability to work in fast-paced outdoor environments
- Dependable and customer-focused attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles with care
- Assist guests with their belongings
- Support traffic flow and maintain safety
- Process parking transactions including handling cash and credit payments
- Serve as the on-site team leader and primary client contact during shifts
- Coordinate and provide guidance to valet attendants
- Cover shifts or adjust staffing as needed to ensure operational continuity
