The role of Lead Valet Parking Attendant is a critical position within Epic Valet's Denver market launch, representing an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to grow in a rapidly expanding regional market. This role extends beyond standard valet duties as the Lead Valet also functions as an on-site team leader and the main point of contact for clients during assigned shifts. Integral to their role is ensuring consistent delivery of service standards and overseeing daily operational flow.

Key responsibilities include safely handling luxury vehicles with the utmost care, assisting guests with their belongings, managing traffic flow efficiently, and processing parking transactions involving cash and credit card payments when necessary. The Lead Valet supports team coordination by providing guidance and leadership to valet attendants, and is also expected to step in to cover shifts or handle staffing adjustments to maintain uninterrupted service.
