Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screening
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course offered by Towne Park
- Six months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to speak, read and write in Standard English
- Must be able to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Must possess basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with money
- Must be physically able to handle lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Must tolerate working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to protect guest confidentiality following HIPAA regulations
- Must be able to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
Job Qualifications

- Completion of Towne Park Wheelchair Safety Training
- Six months related experience or equivalent education
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Proficient in spoken and written Standard English
- Ability to comprehend and write simple correspondence
- Effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small groups
- Ability to apply reasoning and follow written, oral and diagram instructions
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand applicable rates and charges
Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, client staff and coworkers
- Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival
- Participate in "The Show" and deliver "Aggressive Hospitality"
- Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Check in arriving guests and explain vehicle parking and retrieval procedures
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
- Handle guest complaints and difficult situations calmly
- Use proper phone etiquette
- Conduct effective room presentations when providing bell services
- Assist with delivery and pickup of items to guest rooms
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the client’s facility, amenities and main attractions
- Promote teamwork through leading by example and effective communication
- Lead the work group in delivering high levels of guest service
- Assign coworkers to routine and special roles as directed by Account Manager
- Reduce staff during shifts as directed
- Issue claim checks to guests after receiving vehicle keys
- Collect claim checks before issuing keys
- Complete ticket information and damage surveys for vehicles
- Secure all vehicle keys properly
- Ensure no "lift" services are provided, only assistance
- Check and clean wheelchairs before and after each use
- Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
- Maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
- Assist Account Manager with work schedules and notify associates of changes
- Identify and collect revenue for all vehicles
- Complete cash drop slips, envelopes, shift reports and reconcile revenue accurately
