Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Completion of Towne Park's Wheelchair Safety Training
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Proficiency in English communication
- Ability to read and write simple correspondence
- Capability to comprehend instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
- Basic mathematical proficiency including money calculations and time measurement
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
- Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park
- Six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Ability to speak, read and write Standard English
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and correspondence
- Strong presentation and communication skills for one-on-one and group situations
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division involving money and time systems
- Ability to understand 24-hour and military time
- Understanding of applicable rates for time passed
Job Duties
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff members, and coworkers
- Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival to create favorable impressions
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests and explain parking and retrieval procedures
- Park and retrieve vehicles with caution and handle guest complaints effectively
- Use proper phone etiquette and conduct room presentations for bell services
- Assist guests with directions, reservations, and inquiries
- Lead the work group in delivering high levels of guest service and assign roles as directed
- Issue vehicle claim checks, complete ticket information accurately, and secure keys properly
- Ensure wheelchair safety, protect guest confidentiality, and maintain security of guest information
- Assist with work schedules, notify associates of changes, and reconcile revenue and tickets
- Complete shift reports and other paperwork with detail and accuracy
