The role of Lead Valet within FC is a crucial position responsible for overseeing the valet team in a medium-paced environment. The Lead Valet serves as the front-line representative of FC's service standards, ensuring every guest interaction reflects compassion, professionalism, and efficiency. This role also involves maintaining compliance with safety protocols and training initiatives to support an outstanding and secure parking service. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of supervisor experience
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-star customer service
  • Ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon our team
  • 40hr work week with ability for on-call as needed for incidents and reporting
  • Available during evenings and weekends
  • Must be fluent in English and well-spoken
  • Previous valet experience or similar industry preferred
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and clean motor vehicle report
  • Covid-19 vaccination

Job Qualifications
