Job Duties
- follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed
- provide leadership and direction to team members
- maintain open communication between field employees and management
- assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
- oversee and perform operations in assigned area
- take care of keys and access cards for the property
- report damaged, broken and out of work features/items
- oversee and perform additional service requests in assigned area
- provide training for all new hires
- complete and validate time records for employees
- coordinate traffic flow
- communicate valet procedures and information with guests
- understand and respond to customer and team member inquiries
- monitor illegal parking and store vehicles
- interact with guests in a friendly manner
- assist guests with loading and unloading
- collect and secure guest keys
- predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues
- identify and arrange for extra support during extended wait times
- tally and split tip pool accurately
- receive and receipt valet payments
- reconcile and report daily revenue
- project currency and coin requirements and reorder as necessary
- operate, park and retrieve vehicles safely obeying all laws and policies
- work outdoors in all climates
- keep work area clean of debris
