Candidates for this role must bring at least three years of valet experience, preferably with some supervisory or leadership background. The position demands physical stamina to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods, particularly during busy service hours that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Monitor team performance, including appearance, phone usage, and service standards
- Ensure proper key control, ticket handling, and vehicle tracking at all times
- Address guest concerns or service issues on the spot and escalate when necessary
- Train new valet drivers on procedures, safety, and hospitality expectations
