The role of Lead Valet at ABM is essential in maintaining smooth and efficient valet operations while delivering outstanding customer service. The Lead Valet acts as a key liaison between guests and the valet team, coordinating traffic flow, communicating procedure, and resolving inquiries both from customers and team members. The Lead Valet is responsible for ensuring compliance with all traffic laws, facility policies, and safety protocols, as well as managing tip distribution fairly and handling transaction reconciliation with accuracy. The role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, demonstrating stamina and professionalism.
