The Supervisor is also expected to handle customer concerns with professionalism and a sense of urgency, acting as a brand ambassador both within the store and in the local market or mall environment. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet store needs.

With a base pay range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour plus tips, this role offers a competitive wage aligned with city and state minimum wage laws. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off for wellness and vacations, employee discounts, and incentive compensation.

This position suits candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or food service management and at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in roles requiring frequent customer interaction and task delegation. The ideal candidate exhibits competencies critical to the company culture such as courage, creativity, customer focus, adaptability, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and a commitment to continuous learning. For managers, additional competencies like strategic agility, team development, and building effective teams are essential.
