Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods during events
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 21 years old due to alcohol service requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to follow policies and procedures consistently
Job Qualifications
- Ability to supervise the work of others
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, management, and guests
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment
- Possession of valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit as required
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Ability to perform basic math calculations related to POS and inventory
Job Duties
- Assist setup of food service areas within suites and club areas based on pre-orders
- Ensure all assigned suites are properly set prior to event
- Organize and prepare events in assigned locations
- Assist in closing out financials per event and ensure correct billing
- Monitor and maintain food quality
- Follow company policies and uphold safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor and enforce alcohol policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory control and product requisition
- Possess full knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Supervise service of beverages and verify guests' IDs
- Observe guests and respond to additional requests
- Ensure suites have necessary serving ware
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
- Meet company attendance standards
- Ensure equipment is operable and clean before events
- Recognize and act upon guests who are visibly intoxicated
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
