Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit as required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event days
- excellent attendance record
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to handle cash transactions
- basic math skills
- physical ability to perform job tasks

- ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests clearly and respectfully
- ability to speak, read and write in English
- ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required
- ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- ability to calculate basic math functions as related to POS transactions, cash reconciliation and inventory
Job Duties
- assist setup of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based on pre-order
- ensure all assigned suites are set prior to event based on received orders
- organize and prepare events in assigned locations
- assist in closing out financials per event and ensure correct billing
- monitor and maintain food quality
- follow company policies and uphold safety and sanitation standards
- monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures
