Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit as required
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event days
  • excellent attendance record
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capability to handle cash transactions
  • basic math skills
  • physical ability to perform job tasks

  • ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests clearly and respectfully
  • ability to speak, read and write in English
  • ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required
  • ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
  • ability to calculate basic math functions as related to POS transactions, cash reconciliation and inventory

Job Duties

  • assist setup of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based on pre-order
  • ensure all assigned suites are set prior to event based on received orders
  • organize and prepare events in assigned locations
  • assist in closing out financials per event and ensure correct billing
  • monitor and maintain food quality
  • follow company policies and uphold safety and sanitation standards
  • monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures
