Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a lead server or similar hospitality role
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a lead server or similar role in high volume atmosphere for a minimum of 2 years
- Proven customer service training experience
- Experience in managing restaurant staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and supervise front-of-house shifts
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Motivate and lead service staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training and development programs for all staff
- Monitor employee dress code and ensure compliance
- Perform dining room opening and closing duties
- Attend management and staff meetings
- Respond promptly and accurately to resident complaints
