Job Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Experience with OpenTable is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team of servers and support staff
- Culinary experience or background in food handling, food preparation, or kitchen operations is highly desirable
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate billing processes
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety regulations, and proper serving techniques
- Experience with upselling strategies to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the serving team to provide outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, fine dining environment
- Oversee table assignments, reservations, and seating arrangements using platforms like OpenTable to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
- Ensure all food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are strictly followed in accordance with food industry regulations
- Upsell menu items effectively to enhance sales and maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation coordination and support kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Train new team members on service protocols, POS operation, customer relations, and food safety practices
