This full-time opportunity is for the position of Lead Server at The Village @ Lifequest, located at 2450 John Fries Highway in Quakertown, PA. The position offers a rewarding hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour and involves working a schedule primarily from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm during weekdays, with weekend shifts from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. The role is immediately available and seeks experienced candidates with leadership capabilities and a background in server roles.

As a Lead Server, you will play a vital role in the seamless operation of the dining services, ensuring an enjoyable atmosphere for guests while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your responsibilities include taking and delivering food and drink orders, addressing customer concerns promptly, and using your leadership skills to train new associates and oversee team dynamics. Job Duties

  • Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management

  • Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility
