Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must have state specific food manager certification or be able to certify within 30 days of hire
- Must have a positive criminal background screening
- The community is a drug free workplace

- At least one year of related experience preferred
- Some software and computer skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure that the atmosphere of the dining room is pleasant and enjoyable, dining services are timely, and the servers are attentive to the needs of the residents
- Set and manage the schedules for the servers
- Supervise and assist the servers in maintaining a clean dining room, chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas
- Supervise and assist the servers in clearing tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal
- Have a good knowledge of the presentation of food being served and train the servers in this area
- Always be ready to assist residents in sitting and in rising from the table
- Serve food in an efficient and professional manner taking food and beverage orders and serving meals as they are ordered
- Conduct training sessions for servers
- Other job duties as assigned
