Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Three or more years of serving experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English to manage staff and communicate effectively
  • Manual dexterity to use all kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, and pull continuously
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years serving experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to train and lead dining staff effectively
  • Knowledge of food service operations and standards
  • Proficient in culinary and service techniques
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Job Duties

  • Oversee dining service operations across multiple venues
  • Train and mentor dining staff including onboarding and job orientation
  • Uphold service standards following The Sterling Touch® principles
  • Ensure timely, professional, friendly, and courteous service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members
  • Manage dining schedules and assist with employee coordination
  • Monitor food presentation and service quality to enhance resident satisfaction
