Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Three or more years of serving experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand English to manage staff and communicate effectively
- Manual dexterity to use all kitchen equipment and utensils
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, and pull continuously
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of three years serving experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to train and lead dining staff effectively
- Knowledge of food service operations and standards
- Proficient in culinary and service techniques
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Job Duties
- Oversee dining service operations across multiple venues
- Train and mentor dining staff including onboarding and job orientation
- Uphold service standards following The Sterling Touch® principles
- Ensure timely, professional, friendly, and courteous service delivery
- Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members
- Manage dining schedules and assist with employee coordination
- Monitor food presentation and service quality to enhance resident satisfaction
