Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Three or more years of serving experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language to manage and train staff
- Manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without extended sitting
- Ability to lift or carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Enhance overall dining experience through oversight of dining staff
- Provide culinary training and onboarding for new team members
- Uphold service standards of all menu offerings and multiple dining venues
- Deliver professional, friendly, courteous, helpful, and timely service in accordance with The Sterling Touch® standards
- Assist Dining Manager in maintaining community dining standards, processes, and procedures
- Train staff on e-menu usage and dining service standards
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction for residents and their guests
