The role of Lead Server at Fountaingrove Lodge is crucial to enhancing the dining experience for residents, their families, and visitors. The Lead Server handles food and beverage orders accurately using point of sale (POS) technology and adheres to established serving techniques and etiquette, such as serving from the left and clearing dishes between courses.
