Currently, P.F. Chang's is hiring for the role of Lead Senior Restaurant Assistant Manager, also known as Senior Restaurant Hospitality Manager or Senior FOH Manager. This full-time, salaried position offers an attractive pay range of $65,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The role is pivotal to the successful operation of the front-of-house functions at the restaurant. The Lead Senior Restaurant Manager works closely with the Operating Partner to ensure all front-of-house activities run smoothly, adhering strictly to P.F. Chang’s established procedures and high standards. This is a leadership role that demands excellent communication, training, and supervisory skills, along with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.
The manager will be tasked with supervising and training hospitality team members, coordinating schedules, conducting pre-shift meetings, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. They are the primary point of contact for guest service concerns, handling issues with grace and professionalism. Additionally, this role involves managing controllable expenses, supporting inventory execution, and ensuring compliance with state safety and sanitation regulations. This position requires the physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, balance, and lift weights up to 50 pounds occasionally. Candidates should bring a minimum of three years of restaurant management experience and a valid driver’s license to accommodate duties such as shift coverage and local marketing efforts. Preference is given to those with experience in casual dining or upscale settings, especially in corporate restaurant chains where established processes are followed. Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and financial oversight is highly desirable.
