This full-time, second-shift role, compensated between $16 to $18 per hour, is designed to uphold the integrity, philosophy, and standards of the center's effective rehabilitation program. The person in this role is responsible for supervising and coordinating both residential staff and beneficiaries to ensure a supportive and structured environment conducive to recovery. Emphasizing strong program leadership, the Lead Resident Manager helps create a safe, respectful, and motivational atmosphere for residents working to overcome addiction and other life challenges. \n\nThe responsibilities include training and scheduling Resident Managers, enforcing house rules and security protocols, leading weekly house meetings, conducting new resident orientations, and overseeing medication management and leisure activities. This position requires meticulous administrative duties such as maintaining accurate electronic records, documenting incidents, administering drug and alcohol tests, and coordinating with program leadership to maintain smooth center operations. \n\nCandidates for this position bring a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of residential or managerial experience. A valid driver’s license and the ability to qualify for TSA insurance are necessary, with prior experience in recovery services preferred. Physical capabilities such as speaking, hearing, vision, and the ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds while remaining active for extended periods are part of the job's demands. \n\nWorking in the residential institutional setting of the Adult Rehabilitation Center, the Lead Resident Manager will contribute significantly to a mission-driven, community-centered organization that values professional growth, meaningful impact, and a collaborative workplace environment. The role may also involve some warehouse or store duties, limited travel to training or events, and potentially on-site living requirements.
